BANGS AND WHIMPERS The 150 Things the World's Smartest People Are Afraid Of By Brian Merchant
Stress. –Arianna Huffington, aggregationist extraordinaire.
That digital technologies are sapping our patience and changing our perception of time. –Nicholas G. Carr, author.
That we will literally lose touch with the physical world. –Christine Finn, archaeologist.
That we are becoming to connected.
That we will worry too much.
I think this are the most importante of the ones I read because they mention something that is happening rigth now and that is "stress". Technology is making us act or being persons with differents humor or even worst no more comunication with the person in present, all that we want is to know what is doing, making, thinking the person we dont have close and we forget completly about the person we have close and focus in our gadget, phone, ipad, computer, etc..
Being honest I am a huge fan of the techonology but I have seen the disvantage of this big technolgy. Im going to mention one of all: We no longer want to live in the present moment, half of aour time we spend it concentrate in our gadgets than we no longer put attention to the one things that we should care about. We look so bad when someone is talking us and we dont put her/him attention and we just act like if we are putting him/her attention and we are focus in our phone and at the end we didnt knew what the person who was talking to us say to us.
I really love this comment "We literally lose touch with the physical world". Its so true that we should be scare of this because it is becoming true day by day and we do not even relize on that.
But technology also has his positive side.
The fact that we had the best technology in hospitals is something with a great ventage as there is more chance or hope of life for everyone. It excite me because there is a probablity of saving the ones they are very sick only with this instruments in medicine that had advance in an enormous way.
It will change te world in the future because of their functions in the real world.
And finally it will make our lives better in the way that they facility the things in our daily lives.

Remote sensing
The increasingly widespread use of sensors that allow often passive responses to external stimulae will continue to change the way we respond to the environment, particularly in the area of health. Examples include sensors that continually monitor bodily function – such as heart rate, blood oxygen and blood sugar levels – and, if necessary, trigger a medical response such as insulin provision. Advances rely on wireless communication between devices, low power-sensing technologies and, sometimes, active energy harvesting. Other examples include vehicle-to-vehicle sensing for improved safety on the road.
