Treat animals well!

How would you describe the way humans treat animals? Should this change? Why or Why not?

First af all there are different types of humans who treat animals there ways, I classificate them in 3 ways:
1. The ones that they don't care about animals but they don't hunt them and they don't care about it they just don't care.

2. The ones that treat animal like there just toys or hunt them just for fun.

3. The ones that care about the life and the good treat of animals and they protect them.

Thats the way I think the people treat animals, honestly Im in the first one cause I don't treat them bad but I don't really care if they hunt them or if they sale them on online or if they create campaigns against  the bad treat on animals or the sale of wildlife animals.

I really appreciate the ones that spend the rest of their life trying to protect the animals but being realistic I think this factor of treating bad animals, playing with them like if there were toys or using them to make clothes is not going to stop, why? Because people either make money of it or see it as a sport (referring to hunting).

In my opinion it isn't cool to have wildlife animals as pets, Im against that, because they shouldn't be lock in a cage just for saying "oh, look I have a tiger as my pet", come on its not a puppy is an animal who needs to be in their natural habit because thats the way it should be, not in a cage as a furniture.
Imagine having a giraffe in your house... It doesn't make sense, poor animals they are meant to be in a place with a lot of space and freedom, where they could run and have enough space to walk,  wildlife animals are meant to live in huge places where they take care of themselves and survive without the need of people watching over them.

I rarely think this isn't going to change but the persons who works on protecting animals probably will make a little or big change on reducing the hunting, having wildlife animals as pets and the sale of animals on the website, you never know whats going to happen but I think there is more people who care about the protection of animals than the people who treat animals the way the want no matter what the animal feels or no matter if the animal is in danger of extinction.

Should Canada band the seal hunt?

Honestly in my opinion Im against the seal hunt. I dont think they should band it but It shouldnt be a sport or just kill them for fun they should just kill them for food and not for clothes.
It is sad knowing that canadian considered the seal hunt a sport, they should focus in things that doesnt affect the envioroment or even worst an animal life.
Its even more sad because these animals cant defend theirselves.

Im not against seal hunt but it makes me sad the fact that they just do it for fun/sport and either they just throw it away or use their skin for clothes.
In my opinion there is no problem that they kill them for food, because is a particular case it is like when they kill cows for meat or fish or chiken its the same thing but in these cases they dont do it for fun they kill them because is a human need.
For example Aussies kill kangoroos to eat their meat not just for a sport and I think in that kind of cases is acceptable.

Note: I have tasted kangoroo meat and honestly I didnt like it, I dont know how the seal meal tastes like!!

The perks and benefits of my company

As the boos of my own company I have to think about keeping my employees satisfaced so broadly speaking, I gave them a lot of perks and benefits, as given them flexible hours, a little of freedom, because once you let the employees believe they own you, they stop working as you want to work.
Believe it or not, as boss of this company we give free muffins, coffe and juice for breakfast, so they can feel happy about not buying his own breakfast and instead of wasting money on their breakfast they can wasted on other things, however, they never fill comfortable in their job apparently, they always want more things or perks, but what we do is try to deal with them by offering them a good pension plan in that way they stayed because they have their future covered.
Looking back, we sometimes lost because some employees don't see it like a good idea so they end leaving and we lost in some way.
That's what I as boos would make or do to keep my employees happy and working as I want to.

Living in playa

Well making a tough decision it's quite awfull.
The first deduction I had to make in all my life was about 1 year ago when I had to decide either staying here and live with my parents or living with my grandmother apparently alone.
So as far as you can see I choose living here but to be honest, the first months were hell, but as time goes by I love more this place.
But taking that decision was pretty difficult, sometimes or when I have a bad day I regret taking that decision because I start to think how would it be if I had choose the other option? But at the end of the day I just think for something the things happen so it was a really good decision saying yes to living here in playa.

If the World War II hadn't happened a lot of people will be living at this time, we couldn't change it because I think that things happened for a reason and if we really want to change it it wouldn't be part of our history, some events has to happenede to be what we are at this moments and know what we know so far.
So I wouldn't change any decision I had to make or had decided or trying to change a historical event because things don't work that way.

A good example is the movie "About time" it really explains you and leave you a good message about not changing the way your life is going or ha gone.
